Rocket explodes as Arab summit begins: source Mar 29th 2012, 11:05 BAGHDAD | Thu Mar 29, 2012 7:00am EDT BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A rocket or mortar round landed on the edge of the fortified Green Zone in Iraq's capital on Thursday, where an Arab League summit with nine heads of state was taking place, a senior security source said. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage. A Reuters reporter at the scene also heard the blast.
